The company's operations are divided in 3 divisions:

Rotational moulding division - Manufacturing water storage tanks, chemical storage tanks and material handling containers. This division's speciality products range from traffic cones, pallets, waste bins, planters etc. The units are located in Raigad district in Maharashtra & in Chengelpet district in Tamilnadu.

Injection moulding division - Manufacturing PVC Soil, Waste & Rain water drainage system (SWR) i.e. pipes & fittings. The unit is located at Dadra in the union territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Co-extruded multilayer thermoplastic sheets division - Manufacturing sheets out of High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS), Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (Home & Copolymers) (PP), GP/HIPS, ABS, FR-ABS, Spectra copolymer, Acrylic & High Impact Acrylic, catering to refrigerator industry for its door & body liners, thin walled disposables, thermoforming, vacuumforming, luggage, bus body builders, automotive parts, chemical equipments, fabrication, windows, glow signs, mirrors, bath tubs & railway coach building. The unit is located at Dadra in the union territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

The growth of the company in short span of time is due to an ambitious team, which is guided by Mr. Bhupendra J. Ambani- Chairman & Managing Director of the company. Humility, hard work, perseverance and faith have been his watchword and motto, which has led to the present achievement with distinction. His two sons, Mr. Mukesh B. Ambani - Executive Director and Mr. Chandresh B. Ambani - Executive Director, ably assist him.

These directors spearhead a highly experienced team of executives who are the heads of the respective cost centers with independent management control. This system applies at all levels, be it the production, personnel, finance and marketing departments. Each head and team is responsible for their own success.

The turnover is experiencing continuous growth since 1991 and the turnover has risen from Rs. 2.0 lacs in 1990-91 to Rs. 28.0 Crores in 1998-99. Similarly from a, single product and single location company it has become a multi product and multi locational company. The growth is a way of life at INFRA.
